Siemens MES Lead

About This Role

Lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens MES modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. Bridge manufacturing operations, IT architecture, and SAP program governance to deliver a modern manufacturing technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens MES modules to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to gather and analyze MES requirements
• Design and develop MES workflows, data collection, and reporting solutions
• Support integration of MES with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize production downtime
• Conduct MES system testing, validation, and user training
• Develop and maintain MES documentation including configuration, processes, and user guides
• Participate in MES upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturing best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Siemens MES solutions
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES functionalities
• Experience with MES configuration, workflow design, and data integration
• Familiarity with ERP systems integration, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Proficient in SQL and scripting for MES customization and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Siemens MES solutions
