About This Role

Lead and scale the North American go-to-market motion for a high-growth cybersecurity startup. Drive rapid and predictable revenue growth by building a world-class sales organization and partnering with the executive team on GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive rapid and predictable revenue growth
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team across North America
  • Establish and optimise sales processes, playbooks, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Own pipeline generation, deal execution, and strategic partnerships within the cybersecurity ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in early-stage or high-growth cybersecurity startups
  • Proven track record of scaling ARR from $5–10M to $20–30M+
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience hiring, developing, and leading top-tier sales talent
  • Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity sales, ASPM, and GTM strategy
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment
