About This Role

Lead and expand the commercial organization for a growing company in the baking and food production technology space. Drive revenue growth by developing sales teams and strengthening customer relationships in the commercial baking and food manufacturing market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales organization to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Build and execute sales strategy across new and existing customer accounts
  • Support key deals and strategic customer relationships
  • Improve pipeline development, forecasting, and sales processes
  • Expand market presence within commercial baking and food manufacturing customers
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and market expansion

Requirements

  • Experience leading sales teams within food production, industrial equipment, automation, or related manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth and scaling sales organizations
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
