Lead and expand the commercial organization for a growing company in the baking and food production technology space. Drive revenue growth by developing sales teams and strengthening customer relationships in the commercial baking and food manufacturing market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales organization to drive consistent revenue growth
- Build and execute sales strategy across new and existing customer accounts
- Support key deals and strategic customer relationships
- Improve pipeline development, forecasting, and sales processes
- Expand market presence within commercial baking and food manufacturing customers
- Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
Requirements
- Experience leading sales teams within food production, industrial equipment, automation, or related manufacturing industries
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and scaling sales organizations
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
- Strong leadership and team development skills
