About This Role

Supervise a team of drivers and direct day-to-day transport operations for crude oil product hauling, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of bulk petroleum products. This role focuses on truck resource planning, scheduling, loading, and maintenance coordination, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate transport personnel activities for loading, transport, and offloading of petroleum and specialty products; maintain records and reports
  • Manage day-to-day activities of company drivers and transports to ensure safe and efficient delivery of products
  • Facilitate product delivery in support of marketing functions in a safe and secure manner
  • Coordinate with transport scheduling for dispatch of company drivers and common carriers to optimize efficiency and savings
  • Stay informed on government rules and regulations for hazardous material transport and safety/environmental requirements
  • Initiate emergency response to incidents involving corporate transport personnel and resources
  • Manage 24x7 operations, requiring flexible work schedules, on-call responsibilities, and emergency responses
  • Develop strong working relationships across Operations, Scheduling, Maintenance, and Terminals to identify efficiency opportunities and support business growth
  • Leverage data and technical systems to enhance safety, productivity, and fleet optimization

Requirements

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years of trucking, terminaling, logistics, and/or oil and gas experience

Qualifications

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • Three (3) years of trucking, terminaling, logistics and/or oil and gas experience required.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field
  • Two years of leadership experience
