About This Role

Support the Terminal Automation product team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, ensuring reliable and efficient load operations across Light Products, Asphalt, and Crude value chains. This role involves collaborating with business partners, product owners, and operations personnel to solve operational challenges and deliver continuous improvements within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement recommendations and present effectively to senior and executive management and global teams
  • Present and lead client meetings with business and development teams, communicating complex processes and applications to senior leaders
  • Provide recommendations for appropriate systems, alternatives, and enhancements to current systems
  • Partner with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance and drive business planning
  • Lead cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to colleagues, improving team abilities around IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines
  • Lead the development, execution, and creation of cross-functional testing strategy
  • Lead planning, conducting, and documenting user stories and user feedback, communicating feedback with senior leaders
  • Develop a strong understanding of core terminal workflows and load operations
  • Translate terminal operational needs into clear business requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and user stories

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand terminal workflows
  • Commitment to supporting essential daily product movement activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to simplify complex operational scenarios
  • Collaborative work ethic with terminal staff, haulers, IT teams, and leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
