This Senior Business Systems Analyst will drive continuous improvement across the IT Strategy to Execution value stream, leading the IT Strategy Program and fostering excellence in management systems like OKRs. This role focuses on identifying and driving key improvement opportunities and championing transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and identify continuous improvement recommendations for IT ways of working, presenting effectively to senior and executive management and global teams
- Help drive IT strategic planning and the execution of strategy events including an IT strategy cascade and IT strategy summits
- Present and lead meetings with business and development teams
- Communicate with senior leaders for understanding and execution of cross functional complex processes and applications
- Provide recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems in IT Operational Excellence
- Partner with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning
- Establish and oversee tooling, processes and training curriculum for Objective and Key Results (OKRs) management system
- Serve as a resource to colleagues, mentor and help improve the team's abilities around all IT ways of working
- Lead the planning, conducting and documenting of user stories, user feedback and communicate feedback with senior leaders
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience including leading change management initiatives
- Experience working with multiple levels of leadership, including senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience including leading change management initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience with Strategic Planning and management systems or methods like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Experience utilizing performance improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
