This Training Specialist will join the Training Team to assess needs, conduct, and evaluate training for Staffing Specialists, Managers, and other office personnel, driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Communicate pre-training requirements and ensure completion of pre-work for all participants and managers
- Work with the Training Department to translate key training resources, including guides, PowerPoints, and video content
- Assist with communication and support for field bilingual team members via phone calls, emails, or Zoom calls
- Manage and coordinate training schedules, rooms, equipment, supplies, and travel efficiently to minimize costs
- Continually develop knowledge of financial, sales, service, and marketing operations through direct feedback
- Schedule and conduct classroom training for Staffing Specialists, Managers, and other personnel
- Conduct classroom training in a facilitative style, adhering to adult learning principles
- Follow up on all training events and measure on-the-job and Branch performance improvements
- Collaborate with managers to establish, implement, and track pre and post-training procedures
- Consult with management to identify area-specific training concerns and recommend solutions to improve performance
Requirements
- Ability to work well with a variety of audiences
- Good listening, consultative, and performance analysis skills
- Ability and willingness to travel 20-25% or more of the time, including out of state
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- PC proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and influence others
- Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things to determine courses of action
- Ability to create and maintain a positive professional learning environment
