Identify training needs, develop comprehensive training materials, and facilitate engaging training sessions. Provide guidance and leadership to new training specialists while managing trainee performance and developing assessments.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and develop relevant training materials
- Facilitate technical and non-technical training for employees and external partners
- Lead, plan, and prioritize training projects from assessment to delivery
- Develop, revise, and update training materials
- Analyze, identify, and develop training solutions using blended learning techniques and innovative technology
- Track and monitor team interactions, providing feedback to trainees and management
- Evaluate various training trends, techniques, and programs
- Provide guidance, coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions
- Prepare appropriate reports and presentation materials as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3 years job-related work experience
- 2 years training experience
- 1 year insurance-related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal, written, and human relations skills
- Strong research, planning, data gathering, and analysis skills
- Strong design and development skills for training outputs
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to understand Adult Learning Principles and appropriate learning development methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years job-related work experience, including 2 years’ training experience plus 1 year insurance-related work experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Journalism, English, or Public Speaking
- DDI Master Trainer certification
- Langevin certification
- ASTD certification
- PowerPoint experience
