About This Role

Identify training needs, develop comprehensive training materials, and facilitate engaging training sessions. Provide guidance and leadership to new training specialists while managing trainee performance and developing assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and develop relevant training materials
  • Facilitate technical and non-technical training for employees and external partners
  • Lead, plan, and prioritize training projects from assessment to delivery
  • Develop, revise, and update training materials
  • Analyze, identify, and develop training solutions using blended learning techniques and innovative technology
  • Track and monitor team interactions, providing feedback to trainees and management
  • Evaluate various training trends, techniques, and programs
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Prepare appropriate reports and presentation materials as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3 years job-related work experience
  • 2 years training experience
  • 1 year insurance-related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal, written, and human relations skills
  • Strong research, planning, data gathering, and analysis skills
  • Strong design and development skills for training outputs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to understand Adult Learning Principles and appropriate learning development methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years job-related work experience, including 2 years’ training experience plus 1 year insurance-related work experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Journalism, English, or Public Speaking
  • DDI Master Trainer certification
  • Langevin certification
  • ASTD certification
  • PowerPoint experience
