Responsibilities

• Manage cases in toxic tort and environmental litigation
• Conduct motion practice and discovery
• Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Represent clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials

Requirements

• Strong research and writing skills
• 1-7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation
• Admission to the California Bar

Qualifications

• 1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation, or substantive litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in these areas.
