Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation
• Develop and execute motion practice
• Oversee discovery processes
• Handle hearings and depositions
• Represent clients in arbitrations and trials

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Admission to the Indiana Bar
• Strong research and writing skills

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation or substantive litigation.

Nice to Have

• Substantive litigation experience in any arena
