TM Receiver

About This Role

The TM Receiver is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping freight in a timely manner, and interacting with customers while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. This role also ensures a safe work environment and adherence to company safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy to meet store goals
• Receive and ship inbound and outbound freight efficiently
• Process inbound and outbound freight accurately
• Maintain accurate inventory control and adhere to loss prevention standards
• Perform recovery of merchandise
• Participate in mandatory freight process
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Maintain, recover, stock, and tag assigned work areas, including outdoor merchandise
• Operate cash register/computer and handle cash following company procedures
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience for customers
• Perform rotation and disposition of dated products
• Assemble merchandise
• Operate Forklift and Cardboard Baler
• Ensure the safety and well-being of birds, sanitize, and maintain poultry holding tanks
• Complete all associated documentation for job duties
• Obtain necessary licenses or certifications

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required. Retail experience, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
