About This Role

This role is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Parata Max vial-filling machines in a production environment. The technician ensures each unit meets quality, performance, and customer-specific configuration requirements before shipment, working closely with manufacturing leadership to meet production priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional testing of Parata Max vial fill machines following established procedures
  • Validate system performance, accuracy, safety features, and reliability
  • Document all test results, defects, and resolutions in production tracking systems
  • Ensure each unit meets quality standards and customer specifications
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software related issues detected during testing
  • Use schematics, voltmeters, and diagnostic tools to identify component level failures
  • Perform repairs, replacements, calibrations, or adjustments as needed
  • Load and validate machine software and perform firmware updates
  • Configure machine settings based on order requirements and customer requested setup
  • Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to align daily work with production priorities and the shipping schedule

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in applied science (AAS) or a related technical field OR 3–5 years of hands‑on experience working with electronics or electromechanical systems in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Proficiency using multimeters, diagnostic tools, and basic electronic test equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and software‑related issues
  • Ability to follow detailed test procedures and documentation
  • Computer proficiency, including software installation, firmware updates, and configuration tools
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and team members

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in applied science (AAS) or a related technical field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with electronics or electromechanical systems in a manufacturing or production environment
