About This Role

Drive market share and sales growth for Diablo/Freud tools in the New Hampshire and Vermont territory by developing programs and sales strategies for key dealers. This role involves consistent communication with supervisors and supporting regional managers on various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory with the purpose to convert, promote and consolidate key categories to Diablo/Freud
  • Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within T&E Budget
  • Perform administrative responsibilities including scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, and suggested orders
  • Communicate consistently with direct supervisor to discuss customer and company strategies / specifics
  • Attend all conference calls and provide requested revenue planning
  • Support Regional Managers and/or Key Market Managers on topics like program development, sales strategies, joint coaching calls, targeted training/development/onboarding programs, OTJ training of Territory Managers, and management of trade shows
  • Travel a minimum of 5-6 days per month to meet Customers & Develop Territory Managers (as assigned)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience
  • Proven sales experience within New Hampshire and Vermont territory
  • Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Indefinite U.S. Work authorization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience
  • 1-8 years of sales experience, with proven sales experience within the New Hampshire and Vermont territory

  • Basic knowledge of construction products and power tools
