Territory Manager - Clinic

About This Role

Drive sales of medical products and services within the office/clinic call point, focusing on equipment and consumables for the Urology team. This role involves client engagement, business development, and providing product expertise to physicians and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and account penetration.
• Present and sell LABORIE products and services, identify new prospects, and follow up on leads.
• Prepare proposals and contracts for clients.
• Advise physicians on proper product use and deliver technical support.
• Organize in-service training for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Develop action plans and manage CRM reporting for territory and pipeline management.
• Prepare status reports including activity, closings, and forecasts.
• Resolve client concerns and communicate new product opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful sales closures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years successful sales experience in medical device or related field
• Certification and credentialed to access all applicable accounts within the assigned geography
• Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter, independent with a high level of time management skills
• Agility and ability to overcome obstacles with a problem solvers mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.

Nice to Have

• Clinical degree with experience in the field of Urology
• Physician selling experience in a physician office environment
