The Territory Manager of Operations is a regional leader responsible for ensuring organizational, operational, financial, and revenue goals are met within a designated healthcare region. This role involves P&L responsibility, driving operational excellence, and active partnership with the sales organization to develop business opportunities. This leader will work with senior leadership to coordinate operational initiatives, track performance against KPIs, and coach team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver regional operations budgets in conjunction with the Area Director of Operations
- Monitor regional operations performance and forecast to budget, reviewing P&L for each site
- Build long-term operations plans to drive operational excellence and achieve target profit margins
- Lead patient, customer, and team member satisfaction initiatives
- Manage team member performance, analyze individual and team KPIs, and provide coaching/mentoring
- Collaborate with sales leaders on strategic account management and identify opportunities for additional service solutions
- Support business development efforts through strategic account planning, cultivating consultative relationships with hospital C-levels
- Maintain regional regulatory compliance, monitor changes in laws, and ensure adherence to quality and safety programs
- Responsible for the full HR lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, performance management, talent development, and termination of Team Members
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Healthcare Sales and/or Operations Management role
- High level of accountability for operational efficiency
- Strong competency in financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Healthcare Sales and/or Operations Management role

- Prior Diagnostic Imaging experience
