This role involves expanding EquipmentShare's customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, managing a geographical territory, and driving revenue growth. You will educate customers on how EquipmentShare's solutions can save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage a geographical sales territory, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
- Execute full sales strategy, from contract negotiation to customer retention.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests.
- Develop new business and acquire new clients.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Tenacious and innovative personality
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt and stay educated on products/services
- Competitive, self-motivated and results driven, thriving in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
Qualifications
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.

- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction)
- Experience in B2B sales
