Traveling Restroom/Shower Trailer Technician

About This Role

This role is for a Traveling Restroom/Shower Trailer Technician with plumbing expertise to provide general maintenance and repair for customer and company-owned sanitation equipment. The technician will diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance on rental bathroom trailers, contributing to the future of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
• Use technology (laptops, tablets, and mobile phone) to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Track machine service intervals and order parts using technology
• Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
• Perform installs, plumbing, repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of rental bathroom trailers
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Working knowledge of plumbing and portable toilet facilities and diagrams
• Plumbing experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
• Construction knowledge and background
