About This Role

The Telephonic Nurse Case Manager provides remote medical case management services to injured individuals, many of whom were industrially injured. This role assists consumers in their recovery to return to the highest level of function possible, coordinating medical services, exploring vocational options, and securing employment.

Responsibilities

Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
Assist consumers in their recovery to return to the highest level of function
Coordinate and frequently assess medical services
Explore vocational options with injured workers and employers
Secure pre-injury or alternate employment
Work with all parties including the injured person, claims examiner, employer, attorneys, and medical providers

Requirements

Unrestricted compact RN license
Additional RN license from CA
CCM (Certified Case Manager)

Nice to Have

Additional RN license from NY
Additional certifications/endorsements (GA Rehab Suppliers List, NCIC Registry, TN Registry, MD WCCM)
Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
Worker’s compensation case management experience
ICU/ER experience
