This National Sales Executive will achieve new business and growth targets within the GTM Biz Dev, Strategic Partners & MSK Sales division. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining Carrier/Client accounts by providing leadership and managing the sales process for patient-specific contracts and portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals by selling new logo prospects and expanding product offerings within existing national accounts
- Develop and acquire new carrier and alternative payer targets for the MSK Product
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales leadership to drive and expand MSK sales within current book
- Map and understand customer organizational structure and dynamics to adjust sales strategy
- Demonstrate prospecting discipline through regular engagement with assigned targets
- Document account, opportunity, and key contact strategy and activities using CRM tools (Salesforce.com, Altify)
- Communicate Paradigm’s mission, offerings, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way
- Build lasting customer relationships at multiple levels of the client organization, particularly with senior leadership
- Conduct and/or participate in stewardship meetings to ensure ongoing health of customer relationships
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 years sales/account management experience in Carrier/TPA claims or managed care
- 3 years experience in insurance or healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation industry, managed care, underwriting, and claim program structures
- Superior oral, presentation, and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution
- 5-8 years of progressively responsible position in Carrier/TPA claims or managed care sales, sales management, account management or operations experience. 3 years related experience in insurance or a health care environment.
