About This Role

Manage medical cases for individuals with complex injuries, especially those industrially injured, to facilitate recovery to the highest possible function. This role involves coordinating medical services, exploring vocational options, and securing employment.

Responsibilities

Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
Assist consumers in their recovery to return to the highest level of function
Coordinate and frequently assess medical services
Explore vocational options with injured workers and employers
Secure pre-injury or alternate employment
Work with all parties to the claim including the injured person, claims examiner, employer, attorneys, and medical providers

Requirements

Unrestricted compact RN license
Bilingual (Spanish speaking)

Nice to Have

Additional RN license from NY and MA
CCM certification
WCCM certification
Worker’s compensation case management experience
ICU/ER experience
