About This Role

Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing care to patients in an acute-care setting, monitoring vitals and cardiac status, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on disease management and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to telehealth patients
• Monitor patient vitals and cardiac status using advanced technology
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management and health plans
• Comply with hospital policies including random drug screenings and consent protocols

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with experience in telehealth nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to manage cardiac and other specialty care patients remotely
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Must meet all facility-required screenings and background checks
