About This Role

Provide occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting, focusing on supporting students' fine and gross motor skills development through direct therapy and collaboration with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with students' individual educational plans (IEPs)
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance fine and gross motor abilities
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other health professionals to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Provide teletherapy sessions according to established schedules

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with school-based experience
• Skilled in teletherapy delivery for occupational therapy services
• Proficient in evaluating and improving fine motor and gross motor skills
• Familiarity with K-12 educational settings and individualized student plans

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in school environments
