About This Role

This role supports students' academic and emotional growth by providing comprehensive psychological services to identify and address learning and behavioral challenges. This position involves occasional travel between schools, offering a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services for students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
  • Utilize data to inform interventions and monitor progress over time

Requirements

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure

Nice to Have

  • Experience conducting assessments and delivering intervention plans in school settings
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple school locations as needed
