About This Role

Provide exceptional patient care as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position focuses on monitoring, assessing, and treating cardiac telemetry patients while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry patients, identifying any changes in condition promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document all nursing care accurately and timely according to facility standards

Requirements

• Current and active RN license
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
