Technology Strategy Senior Consultant

About This Role

This role involves serving as a strategic advisor for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-enabled productivity solutions for clients and internal teams. The consultant will shape technology strategy, support sales, and guide development teams to create impactful demos and proof-of-concepts. Key responsibilities include strategic advisory, productization, solution narrative development, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, articulating value, risk, adoption pathways, and business impact
• Convert technical concepts into clear, executive-ready narratives, frameworks, and solution recommendations
• Advise clients on aligning digital workplace capabilities with operating models, team workflows, and productivity goals
• Guide development teams on building demo environments and POCs that demonstrate realistic business scenarios and measurable value
• Partner actively with Sales in pre-sales discovery, solution shaping, and executive pitches as a technology strategy lead
• Develop reusable IP including frameworks, methodologies, templates, and playbooks for consistent delivery across clients
• Act as an embedded SME across engagements, guiding technology alignment, adoption strategy, and risk considerations
• Influence practices, development, and change to ensure quality and consistency of technology strategy

Requirements

• Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform)
• Strong practical understanding of Copilot
• Demonstrated ability in strategic storytelling, including building executive-ready narratives, visuals, and solution frameworks
• Strong consulting discipline: structured thinking, stakeholder management, clarity in communication, and ability to influence non-technical audiences
• Experience developing repeatable, productized frameworks and solution assets that scale across clients
• Ability to interpret and apply Responsible AI concepts and client governance requirements to solution designs
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8–10+ years in technology consulting, M365/Copilot strategy, product management, or digital workplace transformation

Nice to Have

• Strong familiarity with Power BI, workflow automation, and Graph-connected experiences
• Proven success supporting pre-sales, executive pitches, and complex RFP solutioning
