About This Role

Lead, support, and manage a team of Technical Support Representatives to resolve technical issues for customers through various communication channels, while also performing technical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and manage an assigned team to successfully achieve departmental and company goals
  • Resolve technical issues using various methods such as inbound phone calls, emails, alarms, and chat
  • Delegate tasks smartly within the team
  • Perform technical tasks as necessary
  • Utilize multiple computers and databases to record interaction results
