As a Team Manager at Panera Bread, you will provide outstanding leadership to your team, ensuring a top-quality service experience for guests. You will be responsible for creating a profitable environment, delivering exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high standards of restaurant cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a role-model and lead the team
- Ensure that team members provide great customer service
- Take ownership for the business performance of the restaurant
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures
- Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience
- Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Greet customers and perform table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, training and motivating staff
- Assist specialists ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support
- Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines, cultural values and ethical business practices
Requirements
- 1-2 years Hospitality experience
- Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills
- Proven track record for leadership
- Passion, energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and with diverse groups of people
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years Hospitality experience.
