Team Manager

About This Role

As a Team Manager at Panera Bread, you will provide outstanding leadership to your team, ensuring a top-quality service experience for guests. You will be responsible for creating a profitable environment, delivering exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high standards of restaurant cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role-model and lead the team
• Ensure that team members provide great customer service
• Take ownership for the business performance of the restaurant
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience
• Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Greet customers and perform table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with recruiting, training and motivating staff
• Assist specialists ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support
• Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines, cultural values and ethical business practices

Requirements

• 1-2 years Hospitality experience
• Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills
• Proven track record for leadership
• Passion, energy and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and with diverse groups of people
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years Hospitality experience.
