About This Role

As a Team Manager at Panera, you will lead the bakery-cafe's team, ensuring high standards of food, service, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for team development, coaching, and motivating staff to exceed sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

  • Delight guests with quality food, service, and staff
  • Build engaging relationships for long-term guest loyalty
  • Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching and motivation
  • Participate in the interviewing and selection process
  • Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance
  • Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years of age
  • Proven ability to lead shifts and direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
  • Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand directions in a loud environment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
