About This Role

As a Restaurant Team Member Cashier, you will be the first friendly face guests see, providing warm and welcoming service by accurately taking orders and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a key role in making guests feel at home and sending them off with a smile.

• Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable on our menu and Limited Time Offers
• Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
• Be informed about the priorities of the day
• Keep a positive attitude while facing each task

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years of age
• Ability to complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
