Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a Panera Bread cafe. This role involves strategic planning, shift organization, and day-to-day operational management, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding leadership to the team
- Inspire, coach, and counsel team members
- Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and safety, and facility management
- Serve as a role-model and lead the team
- Ensure that team members are providing great customer service
- Take ownership for the business performance of the restaurant
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures
- Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience
- Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Greet customers and perform table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train and motivate staff
- Assist bakery-cafe specialists, ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support
- Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines, cultural values and following ethical business practices
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years Hospitality experience
- Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills
- Proven track record for leadership
- Passion, energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse group of people
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
