Team Lead

About This Role

This role involves working in a warehouse environment, picking and moving parts according to customer orders and standard procedures. The Team Lead will contribute to efficient material handling and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in a traditional warehousing environment, picking and placing parts according to customer orders.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and place them in designated areas.
• Scan materials and move them according to standard work instructions where applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and be a team player
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.
