Logistics Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves coordinating daily logistics operations, managing customer queries, and ensuring timely processing of orders to meet KPI requirements. The Logistics Coordinator will build strong relationships with key accounts and handle various daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and escalations throughout the customer order lifecycle
• Build a close working relationship with Key Account control tower staff
• Ensure customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly with accurate content and submitted on time
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activity to support product inbound and outbound operations
• Communicate both internally and externally with customers and stakeholders
• Process order set up via preferred internal system, including EDI feeds or manual creation
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements
• Monitor and ensure proper inventory levels per customer expectations

Requirements

• Customer service background in logistics or planning
• Ability to build customer relationships and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook with strong emphasis on Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Table)
• Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing, stress induced changing environment
• Ability to multitask effectively

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with the customer and handle problem resolution in timely manner.
