About This Role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage all aspects of shipping and receiving operations for Teltonika USA's warehouse in Dallas, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

Receive shipments, verify accuracy and condition, and process paperwork upon receipt
Package and prepare shipping documentation and customs forms for customer deliveries
Maintain and update inventory records
Proactively monitor shipping supplies and place replenishment orders
Create reports related to inventory status and availability using MS Excel
Put away stock items in designated areas
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Contribute to SOP revisions and process improvement projects

Requirements

Education in Supply Chain Management/Logistics OR previous experience in a logistics/warehouse role
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Able to lift and move items up to 10kg

Qualifications

Education in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
Previous experience in a logistics/warehouse role or education in Supply Chain Management/Logistics

Nice to Have

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Well organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
