About This Role

Assist in overseeing gym operations and leading a team to ensure a positive member experience. This role supports the Club Manager by training staff, managing customer service, and maintaining the club's appearance and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff
• Assist in member service oversight, ensuring excellent customer experience
• Handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls and taking info calls
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates
• Greet and provide gym tours to potential members
• Facilitate member service issues and questions
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training staff on promotions
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory, and tracking reports
