About This Role

Responsible for assisting clients with navigating the complex tax relief process, advocating on their behalf, and managing a team of case workers. The role involves conducting consultations, gathering financial documents, and collaborating with legal and tax teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations, gather financial documents, and assess eligibility for tax relief programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the resolution process.
  • Work with legal and tax teams to develop strategies and submit necessary documentation to the IRS and state agencies.
  • Ensure timely case follow-ups, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage and supervise a team of other case workers.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with case management software like IRSlogics, IRS Solutions, Ledger CRM, or PitBullTax.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years in case management or tax resolution (preferred).
