Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About This Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage requisitions, oversee hiring transactions, and ensure data accuracy throughout the recruiting lifecycle, contributing to a world-class Employee Solutions function. This role is crucial in supporting hiring processes and workforce needs within a company focused on energy and home services.

Responsibilities

• Manage job requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors
• Post and maintain jobs across internal and external job boards
• Review hiring data and offer letters to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to support hiring processes and workforce planning
• Support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume hiring, or internal mobility
• Help teams adopt and embrace updates to Talent Acquisition processes and tools

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS
• Background in supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume recruiting, or internal mobility)
• Experience auditing data for accuracy and compliance
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
