As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will manage requisitions, oversee hiring transactions, and ensure data accuracy throughout the recruiting lifecycle, contributing to a world-class Employee Solutions function. This role is crucial in supporting hiring processes and workforce needs within a company focused on energy and home services.
Responsibilities
- Manage job requisitions and position data in SuccessFactors
- Post and maintain jobs across internal and external job boards
- Review hiring data and offer letters to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to support hiring processes and workforce planning
- Support recruiting programs such as internships, high-volume hiring, or internal mobility
- Help teams adopt and embrace updates to Talent Acquisition processes and tools
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related operations support
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS/ATS
- Background in supporting recruiting programs (internships, high-volume recruiting, or internal mobility)
- Experience auditing data for accuracy and compliance
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
