This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, and assisting with recruitment events for a national engineering firm.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, administrative staff, and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process smoothly
- Schedule candidate interviews (remote and in-person)
- Assist with travel and logistics in a timely and accurate manner as needed
- Focus on the candidate experience and create memorable interactions
- Support the robust campus recruitment program and internship program
- Contribute to process Improvements and candidate experience Initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to initiate and coordinate recruiting events
- Maintain recruitment status report/dashboard and update new hire spreadsheets
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate recruiting
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a campus recruitment program
- Experience using and maintaining an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred)
