About This Role

This role is responsible for coordinating all recruitment activities and logistics for a client, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The coordinator ensures a positive candidate experience and supports the talent acquisition team's overall mission.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics and execution of all recruitment activities with the client
  • Act as the front-line contact for all recruiting-related activity
  • Establish relationships with a broad range of individuals, exercising sound business judgment and discretion
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity in recruiting, assisting with research, sourcing, and candidate development projects
  • Provide recruitment support including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating video and on-site interviews
  • Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS
  • Manage logistics for recruiting processes, including background checks and IT equipment for new hires
  • Ensure every candidate experience is positive and encourages them to want to work with the client
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Engage in project-based work across talent acquisition to continuously learn and evolve

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a HR or Recruitment focused administrative/coordination role
  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Superior organizational skills and detail-orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy - comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a HR or Recruitment focused administrative/coordination role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with iCIMS/Workday
