This role is responsible for coordinating all recruitment activities and logistics for a client, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The coordinator ensures a positive candidate experience and supports the talent acquisition team's overall mission.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the logistics and execution of all recruitment activities with the client
- Act as the front-line contact for all recruiting-related activity
- Establish relationships with a broad range of individuals, exercising sound business judgment and discretion
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity in recruiting, assisting with research, sourcing, and candidate development projects
- Provide recruitment support including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating video and on-site interviews
- Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS
- Manage logistics for recruiting processes, including background checks and IT equipment for new hires
- Ensure every candidate experience is positive and encourages them to want to work with the client
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Engage in project-based work across talent acquisition to continuously learn and evolve
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a HR or Recruitment focused administrative/coordination role
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
- Superior organizational skills and detail-orientation
- Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy - comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a HR or Recruitment focused administrative/coordination role.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with iCIMS/Workday
