Systems Administrator

About This Role

The Systems Administrator will support the User Productivity Solutions Team by focusing on endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and virtual desktop environments. This role involves break/fix support, service request fulfillment, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of end-user computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues across the end-user computing environment
• Provide break/fix support for hardware and software
• Install applications, deploy software, and manage workstation OS
• Support and maintain user productivity applications
• Provide second-level support for physical and virtual desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Manage endpoints via Intune and other MDM platforms
• Support VDI solutions such as Citrix or Azure Virtual Desktop
• Assist with lifecycle management, inventory, and compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of endpoint management experience
• Intune administration experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
• 2+ years of VDI experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of ITIL service management principles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of endpoint management and 2+ years of Microsoft 365 and VDI experience

Nice to Have

• JAMF MDM experience
• macOS administration experience
