About This Role

As a Surgical Technologist, you will prepare the surgical suite and assist during operations while collaborating with a highly skilled team. This role contributes to patient care by driving the success of every surgery.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment to ensure safe, seamless procedures
  • Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while prioritizing comfort, privacy, and safety
  • Scrub in and partner with the surgical team by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating the team’s needs
  • Monitor patients and surgical equipment throughout procedures, responding promptly and effectively to any concerns
  • Uphold sterile technique, complete room turnover efficiently, and support a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Surgical technologist experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
