About This Role

This Part-Time Supervisor role supports the management team in driving sales, maintaining strong store operating standards, and cultivating an engaging environment for both customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty
• Act as a role model to team members for the customer experience
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business
• Create a great work environment by maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager
• Model values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
