Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise all center operations for Lucky Strike Entertainment, ensuring high standards are met and prioritizing guest satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, driving sales, and fostering strong guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members and assume responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager
• Ensure high service standards are met with consistency
• Consistently deliver exceptional service, solicit valuable feedback, and actively address and resolve guest complaints
• Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
• Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
• Lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
• Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program
• Provide ongoing training and supervision for consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
• Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
• Commitment to great guest service
• Solid communication skills
• Strong team player and people developer
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays

Qualifications

• HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• 1-2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
