Join KPFF Seattle's Structural Team as a Structural Engineer, contributing to diverse building design projects like high-rise towers, hospitals, and educational facilities. This role involves collaborating with clients and offering opportunities for growth and innovation within a multi-office engineering firm.
Responsibilities
- Work on a vast array of building design fields such as high-rise towers, office buildings, hospitals, medical centers, parking garages, and higher education buildings
- Collaborate with clients from across the industry, including architects, owners, and public agencies
- Work with and lead junior engineers
Requirements
- BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Four years minimum experience with a consulting firm
Qualifications
- BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Four years minimum experience with a consulting firm
Nice to Have
- MSCE or MSE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineering license in Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineering license
- Strong technical and organizational abilities
- Experience in the design and construction of reinforced concrete, structural steel, wood, masonry, and/or post-tensioned concrete for primarily building structures
- Proficiency with RAM Structural Systems (RAMSteel, RAMConcept), CSI Software Suite (ETABS, SAP, SAFE), REVIT or similar software
- Passionate about providing exceptional client services
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Self-motivated
