As a Strategic Operations Senior Manager, you will partner with senior product leadership to define strategic priorities, drive operational excellence, and ensure agile execution with measurable outcomes. This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking and executive presence to drive impact in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Define business's strategic priorities
- Drive operational excellence
- Ensure the organization executes with agility, transparency, and measurable outcomes
- Break down complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and articulate recommendations
- Build clear, data-backed business cases and/or presentations to communicate strategy and influence decision-making
- Drive the cadence of business operations (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, Product Roadmap Reviews, Town Halls, Annual planning, OKR reporting)
- Leverage organizational and program management skills to structure cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and drive alignment
- Coordinate across product, engineering, design, finance, and other functions to ensure alignment, identify opportunities, and unlock productivity
- Contribute to a culture of respect and inclusivity
- Embed AI into planning, execution, and measurement processes
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, excelling at structuring complex problems, using data-informed insights, and communicating findings to senior executives
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influence skills at the executive level
- Deep understanding of portfolio-level planning, financial management, and enterprise technology workflows
- Pragmatic long-term problem-solving within a complex operating environment
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment bank, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar)
