Join a dedicated team as a Storeroom Attendant responsible for daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory at a customer's location, maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Unload, receive, and put away incoming products, goods, tools, and equipment
- Accurately sort, label, move, and store items to optimize crib space
- Issue products, goods, tools, and equipment to site employees and maintain accurate records
- Enter data into a database system to maintain up-to-date stock records
- Request requisitions to replenish inventory
- Assist with inventory level maintenance and perform cycle counts
- Inspect and measure tools/equipment for defects, wear, and tear, reporting damage to supervisors
- Prepare periodic inventory or maintain perpetual inventory of supplies and equipment
- Deliver tools or equipment to associate work locations
- Investigate and locate lost or misplaced equipment or safety supplies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ months relevant experience and/or training
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency or demonstrated technical aptitude to learn (e.g., MS-Office products)
- Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
- Attention to detail and safety-minded
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ months relevant experience and/or training. Relevant experience includes loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment; forklift / cherry picker experience preferred.
