Storeroom Attendant - Integrated Supply

About This Role

Join Vallen as a Storeroom Crib Attendant to manage inventory operations at a customer's location. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting inventory to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and put away incoming products, goods, tools, and equipment; check for damage and discrepancies
• Accurately sort, label, move, and store items, optimizing crib space
• Issue products, goods, tools, and equipment to site employees; maintain accurate records
• Enter data into computerized systems to maintain up-to-date stock records and respond to inquiries
• Request requisitions to replenish inventory
• Assist with inventory level maintenance, perform cycle counts, and prepare reports
• Inspect and measure tools/equipment for defects, wear, and report damage to supervisors
• Prepare periodic inventory or maintain perpetual inventory of supplies and equipment
• Deliver tools or equipment to associate work locations
• Investigate and locate lost or misplaced equipment or safety supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ months relevant experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency or ability to learn
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated
• Attention to detail and safety-minded

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training in a warehouse environment; forklift / cherry picker experience preferred

Nice to Have

• Forklift / cherry picker experience
• Technical skills including MS-Office products, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21
