Store Supervisor

About This Role

As a Store Supervisor, you will lead a team, support daily operations, and drive sales results. You will coach teammates, uphold merchandise standards, and contribute to a high-performance retail culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations
• Provide customers with detailed information about products
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency
• Available to work full time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (e.g., hand-held and mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
