Store Supervisor

About This Role

Lead a store team, mentor members, and ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency for a retail location. This role involves maintaining product availability, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Prepare quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team
• Monitor inventory (products ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily-available for customers)
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older
