Store Supervisor

About This Role

Lead and mentor a store team, ensuring top-tier customer service and efficient operations, including food preparation and merchandising, within a retail environment. You will contribute to a positive customer experience and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)
