Store Supervisor

About This Role

The Store Supervisor oversees daily team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role drives and reinforces sales objectives while managing the store in the absence of other managers, handling teller, platform, and customer escalations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance
• Manage the store in the absence of other managers, overseeing teller functions, platform, and customer escalations
• Drive, reinforce, and demonstrate meeting operational, customer, and sales objectives
• Process customer transactions, open new accounts, and educate customers on banking products and services
• Understand customer financial needs to identify opportunities for promoting products, services, or making referrals
• Accurately complete everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform
• Connect with customers, provide financial advice, and deepen relationships through lead management activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity, demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience preferred
